Mental health is nothing to be ashamed of, it NEEDS to be prioritized.

Mental health is in fact in men TOO; they don't need to struggle in silence. 

Mental health is a BIG part of the world we live in.

It is so crucial to create a supportive environment where people people feel comfortable enough to share their struggles without any fear of judgment.
